Admin

All applications can be completed online. A current State-issued Driver’s License or photo ID are required with the application, along with proof of income. This documentation can be uploaded online or brought into the property. We process all applications and may conditionally approve your application(s) while you wait. All applications are given final approval by the Property Manager within 72 hours.

If the income requirement is met, we will then check your credit and rental history. We use Equifax to obtain a copy of your credit report, and we consider public records regarding rental history. If your income, credit and rental history meet our criteria, we will conditionally approve your application before we check your criminal background.

The application fee is $25 per applicant. The fee is non-refundable given the fact that it covers the cost of processing your application.

Your security deposit will start at $1250 and may increase to $1500 based on your approval status.

We are pet friendly. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs or 1 cat and 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. Your pet must not exceed 25 pounds. Please remember to always keep your pet on a leash. A $300 pet deposit is also required at the time of move-in, along with a $50 monthly pet rent/pet.

Pet Screening:
We utilize Pet Screening for all animals. There is no charge for registering an ESA. Standard household pets may have a $25–$30 Pet Screening profile fee, and all regular pet fees and lease policies still apply.

Residents are responsible for electric, phone, internet,. Monthly water, sewer & trash is included with Monthly Rent.

No. Renters insurance isn’t a requirement; however, we suggest a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required for all residents. If you elect to have renters’ insurance, please include the property as an additional insured on your policy.

Parking is available free of charge for all residents. Your vehicle must be registered with management to obtain a parking permit.

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
